$2.2 million set aside to help families pay Tuition in St. Louis Archdiocesan Catholic Schools in 2016-2017

St Vincent Junior Senior High School

In 2011, St. Louis Archbishop Robert J. Carlson introduced a strategic plan to engage the hearts and minds of young Catholics all under the Foundation title, “Today and Tomorrow Educational Fund.” That foundation is ready to begin funding for the first time for the 2016-2017 school year. There are several tuition-reducing funds available to those students attending St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Schools in Perryville. The application begins Feb. 1 for current Catholic School Families (and those families who would like to attend Catholic Schools). The fund is intended for Middle Income Families who have (or want) their children in Catholic Schools and will continue with additional monies each year. One application per family will open up the possibility for several grants. Some grants are first come-first served.

For those interested in applying, they must complete one online form for the family beginning Feb. 1. The deadline for application is Feb. 29. The website to complete the form (one application per family) is www.ttef-stl.org.

For those interested in attending St. Vincent DePaul Schools of Perryville, the open house for K-6 will be Feb. 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Grades 7 through 12 will host their open house only on Monday, Feb. 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
