Easter Egg Hunt for Adults to Benefit Southeast Hospice

Cardinal tickets and memorabilia including a framed 2011 World Series photo signed by Tony LaRussa are among the many items that will be up for auction at the Easter Egg Hunt for Adults on Saturday, April 12.

Want a precious pooch from Safe Harbor animal shelter? How about Cardinal baseball tickets or a framed 2011 World Series photo signed by Tony LaRussa? Maybe you'd enjoy a stay in Cancun, Mexico or use of a vacation condo in Florida.

Want a one-of-a-kind, signed David Crowe photograph showing the remarkable rock formations of the ancient St. Francois Mountains? How about a three-night stay at the Atlantis Casino in Reno, Nev.?

From handcrafted cabinets to half a hog and an Iris-design quilt to Mizzou football tickets, there's a little bit of everything available at the oral and silent auctions which will be held as part of the Easter Egg Hunt for Adults on Saturday, April 12, from 6 to 11 p.m. You can also participate in a random card draw for a Ruger handgun.

Southeast Hospice, in partnership with the SoutheastHEALTH Foundation, will host the annual event. Proceeds will benefit Southeast Hospice.

Adults, 21 years of age and older, can hunt for thousands of plastic eggs -- each of which will be a prize winner! Participants should bring their own Easter baskets and flashlights. Tickets are only $25 and include a Cook's BBQ dinner, silent auction, oral auction and dance, with music by Diamond Sound Systems.

Tickets are available at Southeast Hospice, 10 Doctors' Park, or at Volunteer Services at Southeast Hospital. For more information, call 573-335-6208.
