Tax cut bill advances despite Nixon worries

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Despite concerns from the Democratic governor, Missouri's Republican-led Legislature passed an income tax cut Tuesday that could reduce state tax revenue by hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
