Homes Available for Low-Income Applicants

The following homes are currently in the Neighborhood Stabilization Rehabilitation Program (referenced below). If you are eligible and would be interested in purchasing one of these homes, contact Stephen S. Williams, Housing Assistance Coordinator, at (573) 339-6327 or swilliams@cityofcape.org to complete an application.

Applicants must meet income guidelines and participate in financial counseling, home buyer education classes and work with the counselors on any credit or budgeting issues they may have. There are no restrictions on the current address of the applicant.
