Golf Course Living: Phase VI Begins at Bent Creek

Phase VI of Bent Creek's construction project continues

JACKSON, MO, August 2, 2011 -- A sure sign of any economic recovery is the housing market. Bent Creek Golf Course in Jackson, MO is hoping to send our local economy into an upward trend with the launch of Phase VI of their golf course community living.

"Phase VI of construction recently began and there's a lot of enthusiasm among current residents. There have also been a number of inquiries from the community about when they can expect to see the homes and begin purchasing," says Rob Litzelfelner of Bent Creek Development.

Though construction is currently in the early stages, Litz says he hopes to see new home construction within the next few months.

"We have space for luxury duplexes and single-family homes. Builders are being contacted and construction will begin soon."

Home building revives local communities with consumers spending dollars far into the future through things like groceries, furniture, housekeeping, landscaping and more.

Though some builders might be fearful to begin construction right now, Litz attributes part of Bent Creek's success to the high-demand for golf course community living.

"Once people arrive at Bent Creek they're instantly intrigued," says Litz. "Residents get high-quality homes at affordable rates in a fantastic community. In fact, we now have over three hundred families that call Bent Creek Community their home."

Interested builders should contact Litz at 573-243-6060. Interested homeowners may call or visit www.bentcreekgc.com for more information.
