Former Cape Girardeau man graduates from basic training

Former Cape Girardeau resident Pukar Pradhan has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C. Pradhan studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, and basic first aid. Pradhan is the brother of Pretty Pradhan of Cape Girardeau.
