Central Jr. High Cheerleaders win at NCA camp

Central Jr. High Cheerleaders recently attended summer camp at Southeast Missouri State University. After four days of working and learning the squad left the camp with two red excellent and four blue superior ribbons for their performance of their cheers and chants, awarded spirit stick all nights of camp, herkie team spirit certificate (voted on by other squads at camp), herkie team award plaque (voted on by NCA only one awarded), seven cheerleaders nominated for All-American (Sierra Jones, Amanda Evans, Bella Sander, Ayanna Askew, Courterra Stevenson, Hanna Borders, and Morgan Murphy), S.P.O.T. safety award, bid to NCA Nationals, and Top Team competition trophy. The squad will now be preparing for their football and basketball seasons along with their National Competition. Good Luck to our CJHS Cheerleaders!
