Immigrant faces charges for allegedly threatening to blow up Cape Girardeau courthouse, police station

A man faces charges for allegedly threatening to blow up the Cape Girardeau Police Department and the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. federal courthouse in retaliation for a police officer notifying immigration authorities about him, according to Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle.
