Cape public library offers help on digitial television conversion

Paul Moon, FCC DMA coordinator, will be at the Cape Girardeau Public Library to help people apply for a digital television converter and learn how to hook it up from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. A question-and-answer period and a chance to sign up to receive two $40 coupons are on the agenda. A formal presentation on the DTV transition will be at 7:30 p.m.
