According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, James Aaron Rogers apparently failed to negotiate a curve as he was northbound on AD. His vehicle, a 2004 Ford pickup truck, left the roadway and overturned, and Rogers was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the patrol.
