New Indiana governor declares day to honor late Gov. O'Bannon

INDIANAPOLIS -- Newly sworn-in Indiana Gov. Joe Kernan declared Sunday a statewide day of remembrance in honor of his friend and political partner, the late Gov. Frank O'Bannon, who died Saturday after suffering a stroke.
