AMA controls the doctor market

To the editor:In his polemical column, David Limbaugh said that market forces should be allowed to operate in the health-care field.

As the American Medical Association strictly controls the number of medical schools, ostensibly to limit the number of graduates, does this have anything to do with market forces?
