Westwood Hills in Poplar Bluff had low scores in three of the four nine-hole formats at the SEMO Cup golf tournament and posted a 24-stroke victory Saturday at Kennett Country Club.

Shawn Shock and Bobby Godwin shot a 3-under par 33 in the four-ball format and a 35 in alternate shot. Jimmy Vernon and Jerrod Murphy shot a 33 in Chapman.

Westwood Hills finished with a team score of 708. Bent Creek finished second with 732, followed by Dalhousie Golf Club (733), Kimbeland (737) and Cape Country Club (740). Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course (777) was 10th out of 10 teams.

In four-ball, the Dalhousie team of Todd Ladd and Mark Unger tied for first with a 33. The Bent Creek team of Todd Miller and Troy Doaley shot a 33 in Chapman, and Ben Eler and Brandon Couch of Cape Country Club shot a 35 in alternate shot.

In the scramble format, Matt Shetley and Darrin Harris of Kennett shot a 29.
