The Southeast Missouri State gymnastics team failed to qualify its entire squad for NCAA regional competition but three Redhawks made the cut.

Seniors Brianna Gaddie and Christina Sundgren and sophomore Taylor Westrick will represent the Redhawks at the South Central Regional in Norman, Okla., on April 2.

Gaddie will compete on vault and make her third straight regional appearance. She ranks eighth in the region and 40th nationally. She is also an alternate on floor.

Sundgren nabbed her second regional invitation on bars after qualifying in 2009. She was an alternate last year. She ranks 12th in the region and 62nd nationally.

Westrick will make her first regional appearance on beam. She ranks ninth in the region and is tied for 32nd nationally. She also is an alternate in the all-around.
