Auto Tire and Parts Racepark hosts its biggest racing event of the season, a $5,000-to-win World of Outlaws Gumout Series sprint event at 7 p.m.
The Cape Girardeau Senior Babe Ruth A's host New Madrid in their opener at 2 p.m.
The Heartland Cyclones Classic at Jackson City Park is open to players age 18 and under. Info: 243-4691.
The Ed Nunnelee Memorial Tournament in Sikeston is expected to attract the region's top tennis players for a three-day event. Proceeds go toward a Sikeston High School scholarship fund. Info: 471-4188 or 472-2080.
