The team, 3-13 last year, said it expects its pricing structure to be below the NFL average.

Last year, the Rams announced an average seven-percent increase in ticket prices to $68.28. The Rams' string of 95 regular-season sellouts since relocating from Anaheim, Calif., ended in the final game of an 8-8 season in 2006, and three more home games failed to sell out this season.
