SPORTS BRIEF: PERRYVILLE GIRLS TOURNEY HAS TWO GAMES TONIGHT
Tonight's opening of the annual Perryville Thanksgiving Tournament will help usher in the first real night of the area high school basketball season. In boys openers tonight, Leopold hosts Meadow Heights and Oak Ridge entertains East Prairie. Other girls games tonight have Kelly visiting Delta and Fredericktown hosting West County.
There will also be assorted area games Tuesday and this weekend before the majority of the local squads tip things off next week.
