The weather got the best of the Southeast Missouri State and Purdue baseball teams for the second day in a row.
Sunday's scheduled series finale at Capaha Field was canceled because of cold and wet conditions, the same fate that met Saturday's game.
The squads were able to play two games of the scheduled four-game set, Friday's doubleheader in which Southeast won the opener 13-10 and Purdue took the nightcap 9-2.
Southeast (4-2) returns to action at 2 p.m. Tuesday against host Saint Louis University. The game will be played at GSC Ballpark in Sauget, Ill., home of the Gateway Grizzlies independent professional team.
The Redhawks then have nine straight scheduled home games beginning at 2 p.m. Wednesday against St. Catharine.
Northern Iowa from the Missouri Valley Conference visits for a four-game series starting Friday.
