The Southeast Missouri State track and field team sent competitors to the Georgia Tech Invitational and Louisville Cardinal Twilight on Friday and Saturday.
The meets were the last opportunity to improve or set NCAA West Region qualifying marks.
Charles Johnson finished fourth place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase on Friday with a time of 9 minutes, 11.41 seconds.
Gloria Westlake took fourth in the 5,000-meter run in 18:04.21.
Jessica Brown took eighth in the long jump with a distance of 5.93 meters.
Kevin Farley finished sixth in the hammer throw (58.45 meters) while Brian Grote took sixth in the javelin (60.83 meters).
Sarah Hall and Kayla Gutierrez finished sixth and seventh in the hammer throw with throws of 55.09 and 54.70 meters, respectively.
Gutierrez (14.38 meters) finished eighth in the shot put. Shon Kyle (16.44 meters) was eighth on the men's side.
Gutierrez and Kyle both finished sixth in the discus on Saturday at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
Gutierrez's throw of 154 feet, 6 inches and Kyle's throw of 167-7 are both in the top-48 in the west region.
Chris Martin's (49-10 1/2) finished eighth in the triple jump.
Southeast's 400-meter relay team of Blake Smith, Kendrick Farr, Alexander Anderson and Blake Carter also finished eighth in 41.32.
Southeast's next competition will be the NCAA West Region Prelims on May 29 to 31 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
