The Southeast Missouri State volleyball team was swept by SIU Carbondale on Tuesday night, falling 19-25, 19-25, 15-25 in Carbondale, Illinois.
Nzingha Clark posted a team-high 11 kills for the Redhawks, while Katarina Rotta had 27 assists and 10 digs.
The Redhawks (3-7) fell behind early in the first set and never recovered, then jumped out to an 8-6 lead in the second set before SIU (7-3) took the lead for good with a five-point rally.
The Salukis led a tight third set 16-14 before outscoring the Redhawks 9-1.
Southeast will compete in the Bradley Invitational this weekend in Peoria, Illinois.
