The Southeast Missouri State men's basketball team step out of the Ohio Valley Conference for the final time this season when it hosts NAIA Hannibal-LaGrange tonight.
The Redhawks and Trojans (3-12) tip off at 7 p.m. from the Show Me Center.
Admission, hot dogs, small soda and small popcorn are all $2 as part of Southeast's $2 Tuesday promotion.
The Redhawks have won all four of their meetings with the Trojans, including an 86-49 victory last season and have won their last 23 games against non-Division I opponents dating back to the 2001-02 season.
The Trojans enter the contest on an 11-game losing streak. Their last win was on Dec. 3 against Williams Baptist College, 82-77.
One of their losses during that stretch came to Harris-Stowe State University (66-47). Southeast's last non-conference game, and win, was a 94-84 victory over the Hornets on Dec. 27. The Redhawks have since lost six straight in the OVC to drop to 2-16 and 0-6 in conference.
Junior guard Antonius Cleveland will miss his third consecutive game with an injured right wrist.
Four HLG players average double figures: 6-foot-1 junior guard D'Avonte Garland (14.1), 5-9 junior guard De'Shawn Terrell (12.1), 6-4 junior guard Tim Pace (11.0) and 6-6 junior center Brandon Eschenbach (10.0). Garland's knocked down a team-high 32 3-pointers at a 36.8 shooting clip.
HLG's other games against Division I opponents were a 94-57 loss to Western Illinois in November and a 78-53 loss to Eastern Illinois, of the Ohio Valley Conference West Division, on Dec. 28.
The Redhawks, who are coming off a 91-55 loss at Tennessee Tech, begins their OVC West stretch of their schedule at home against UT Martin at 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
