Scott Edgar will be the first of three candidates for the Southeast Missouri State men's basketball coaching job to take part in the on-campus interview process.
Edgar today will meet with the search committee, university president Kenneth Dobbins, athletic director Don Kaverman and other members of the Southeast athletic department, current men's basketball assistant coaches and members of the team.
At 3:30 p.m., he will participate in an open forum in the meeting rooms at the Show Me Center.
Jay Spoonhour will take part in the process Friday, and Rod Barnes will do so on Monday.
Edgar currently is an assistant coach at Tennessee; Spoonhour just completed two years as an assistant at Missouri; and Barnes was fired in March after eight seasons as the head coach at Mississippi.
