~ The Redhawks fell to 1-4 in the OVC with what coach Pacelli called "a tough, tough loss."
MOREHEAD, Ky. -- The Southeast Missouri State women's tennis team suffered a narrow 4-3 Ohio Valley Conference loss to host Morehead State Saturday.
Southeast (8-9, 1-4) and Morehead State (5-14, 3-3) split the six singles matches, but the Eagles captured the doubles point, which proved decisive.
"It was a tough, tough loss," Southeast coach Jay Pacelli said. "They played very well and you have to give them credit, but this one hurts."
