Series ratings don't crack weekly top 10

"Desperate Housewives" topped the ratings with 21.24 million viewers on ABC), while "Dancing with the Stars" (20.70 million on ABC) and the Dallas at Carolina Sunday night NFL game (17.33 million on NBC) also topped the World Series games.
