Scott County Central held off Clarkton's fourth-quarter rally to post a 62-61 victory in the Class 1 District 1 championship game at Clarkton.
Josh Boley led three Braves into double figures with 19 points, including five 3-pointers. Avis White added 17 points, and Isaac Porter scored 16.
Scott County Central took a 49-36 lead lead into the final period but was 0-for-9 on free throws in the final four minutes.
The Braves play Bell City on Tuesday in the Class 1 sectional game at Sikeston.

Kendall Deason scored 44 points to lead the top-seeded Hawks in a 82-70 semifinal victory against East Prairie in the district tournament in Greenville.
Deason hit two of his six 3-pointers in the final period, as the Hawks rallied from a two-point deficit and outscored East Prairie 29-15. Deason was 12 of 14 from the free-throw line, including nine-for-10 in the fourth quarter.
Kelly's Michael Glastetter finished with 14 points, and Kent Deason added 12 points, seven in the final period.
Kelly takes on Charleson at 8 p.m. Saturday.
The second-seeded Bluejays eliminated Scott City 78-59 on Thursday.
Shawn Sherrell scored 20 points to lead Charleston.
Mark Dannenmueller led Scott City (16-11) with 21 points. Mark Johnston added 13 points, and Daniel Jackson scored 11.
