With one out in the ninth inning, Hunter Copeland's single to left field scored a run and secured Scott City a 10-9 walk-off victory in nine innings over East Prairie in a game that ended late Thursday night.
Braden Cox doubled off the wall earlier in the inning and was 3 for 5 with two doubles and a triple. Trent Pobst also had two doubles and five RBI while Drew Short started and pitched 6 2/3 innings and added a solo home run in the sixth to help Scott City in the win.

Jordan Nelson scored in the second half as Jackson tied Granite City on Friday at the Parkway Showcase in St. Louis.
Cassidi Tomsu assisted on the goal, which came about five minutes into the second half.
Sarah Blanton made five saves in goal for the Indians (5-0-1).
