Now the question is: What can Boris Said do for an encore?

Coming off last month's Pepsi 400 in Daytona, where he won the pole and finished fourth in the race with his new No Fear Racing team, Said still must qualify for Sunday's Allstate 400 at the Brickyard in Indianapolis.

"Going into Indy, with all its history -- I mean they've been racing cars there since 1911 -- and all the excitement that place generates, is going to be an incredible experience," the sports car specialist added. "The competition will also be fierce. There will be so many good cars and drivers trying to qualify that our first goal is to just make the race. If we can do that, it'll be a successful weekend."

This would be the third race for the new team, which debuted in June on the road course in Sonoma, Calif. Said started fifth and finished ninth.

"Indy is a highly competitive race, but we look forward to taking on the challenge," said team co-owner Mark Simo.

Said will try to qualify the No. 60 Ford Fusion on Saturday.
