Baseball begins workouts

The Southeast baseball team began fall practice this week at Capaha Field.

The Redhawks return five starting position players and two starting pitchers from last year's team that went 32-24 and finished third in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Coach Mark Hogan also welcomes 11 newcomers.

"We're eager to get a look at our new players and evaluate our returning players after successful seasons in collegiate summer leagues," Hogan said in a release.

All fall practices will be held at Capaha Field and are open to the public.
