ST. LOUIS -- The Rams open their 10th season in St. Louis with a home game Sept. 12 against the city's former team, the Cardinals.

Arizona will be playing its first game with its new coach, Dennis Green.

The Rams released their regular season schedule Wednesday. The opener marks the first time the Rams have started the regular season at home since 2000.

The Rams play the defending Super Bowl champion Patriots in the Edward Jones Dome in a nationally televised game on Nov. 7.

They have three Monday night games: Oct. 18 at home against Tampa Bay; Nov. 29 at Green Bay and Dec. 27 at home with the Philadelpia Eagles. All other games are on Sunday.

The preseason schedule includes: Aug. 12, home against the Chicago Bears, 7 p.m.; Aug. 23, at the Kansas City Chiefs, 7 p.m.; Aug. 27, home against the Washington Redskins, 7 p.m.; and Sept. 2, at the Oakland Raiders, 9 p.m.
