Brittany Licare had 21 digs to lead the Scott City volleyball team to a victory over Notre Dame on Wednesday.
Jordan McFall had two aces and eight assists as the Rams (2-0) earned the 25-19, 25-22 victory. Brooke Simpson added four aces, 18 digs, nine kills and two kill blocks for Scott City.
Megan Dohogne had six kills, Kelsey Bradshaw had 16 digs and Emily Welker had four blocks for the Bulldogs.

Rachel Spears led the Cubs (6-1) with 11 kills and six digs. Jessica Abner added six kills and nine digs and Codie Lancaster tallied 17 assists.

Perryville avenged a loss earlier this season by defeating the Dragons in two games.
Lindsay Martin led the Pirates (3-4-1) with six digs and four assists. Liz Martin added nine digs and six blocks, Kasey Welker tallied five digs and four aces and Ava Johnson added five kills. Ashley Castleberry chipped in with six assists.

Logan Bollinger had two individual second-place finishes and also helped two relays place in the top three as Notre Dame finished second in a three-team meet with Saint Louis University High and Clayton.
Bollinger captured second in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. He helped the 200 medley relay to a second-place finish and the 400 relay to third.
Sean Doyle finished third in the 200 freestyle and second in the 500 freestyle as well as helping the 200 relay to a third-place finish. He was also part of the 400 relay team.

Heather Beggs not only pitched Kelly to a victory over Sikeston, she went 4-for-4 with a double, two stolen bases and two RBIs at the plate.
Beggs struck out five batters through seven innings and allowed one run on four hits for the Hawks (9-2).
Lana Whitworth and Hailey Glastetter both went 2-for-4 with a double.
