Boonville was able to eliminate Potosi, but then the Missouri Babe Ruth state tournament at Hillhouse Park in Charleston, Missouri, was put on hold by rain Monday.

An evening thunderstorm postponed the loser's bracket final between Boonville and the SEMO Pirates until today.

Boonville, which beat Potosi 11-1, will face the Pirates, a regional team based out of Leopold, at 5:30 p.m. today.

The winner will turn around and face the Charleston Fighting Squirrels in the finals at 8 p.m.

If the loser's bracket survivor wins that game, an if-neccessary championship game will be played at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
