LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Police are forcefully warning Kentucky fans that a repeat of the dangerous weekend celebrations won't be tolerated for the game to decide college basketball's national champion.
Lexington Police Chief Ronnie Bastin said some revelers Saturday night acted in a "dangerous and criminal" way in setting fires and damaging property. He says such behavior won't be tolerated Monday night.
Police made more than 30 arrests near the UK campus Saturday night for arson, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and said other suspects shown in photos haven't been identified yet.
Lexington police commander Kelli Edwards says authorities "have very good video and very good photos that will lead to arrests."
Bastin acknowledged that there will be more police on patrol Monday night in Lexington.
Kentucky faces Kansas in the title game in New Orleans.
