Justin Amschler led St. Vincent with 20 points. Ryan Prost added 11 and Gabe Hotop netted 10.
St. Vincent led just 22-20 at halftime but outscored Ste. Genevieve 21-9 in the third quarter to open a 43-29 lead.
Herculaneum won the consolation championship, defeating Zalma 76-67. Gandy Wade paced Zalma with 27 points.
