Perryville let a two-touchdown lead slip away and remained winless as visiting Fredericktown rallied for a 15-14 victory Friday night with a touchdown and conversion in the final minute.

The Pirates (0-7) led 14-7 at halftime.

Fredericktown (3-4) scored on a 6-yard run with 30 seconds remaining and added a successful two-point conversion for the lead.

"The kids never gave up, even when we got the ball back at the end," Perryville coach Rick Chastain said.

Joe Kreitler rushed 25 yards for the Perryville's first touchdown in the first quarter, and Travis Brown added another score in the second quarter on a 6-yard run. Chris Kaempfe kicked both extra points.

Perryville finished with 331 total yards of offense, including 175 rushing yards for Kreitler on 22 carries. Quarterback Ryan Schilling completed 9 of 12 passes for 95 yards, and Ryan Regelsperger led the Pirates with 38 receiving yards on four catches.

Tyler Bauwens had 11 tackles for Perryville, and Waylon Sparkman added nine.

Hayti 44, Scott City 8

Hayti took a 30-0 lead in the first quarter and pounded visiting Scott City.

Hayti (5-1) used a 96-yard interception return to make the score 38-0 at halftime, and the Indians scored again in the third quarter.

The Rams (2-5) did not manage a point until the fourth quarter, when Ethan Watkins hit Jamie Pinkston for a 15-yard touchdown pass. Pinkston passed to Dirnberger for the two-point conversion.

Scott City's Chris Blankenship rushed for 118 yards on 15 carries.

St. Vincent 45, Maplewood 28

The Indians remained undefeated in the MAFC Blue Division with a home victory. St. Vincent improved to 5-2 overall with its fourth straight win.

Malden 36, Chaffee 0

The Red Devils fell to 0-7 with its 31st straight loss.
