Peiffer on Wednesday repeated as a second-team member of the Associated Press Football Championship Subdivision All-American squad.

Peiffer, the Ohio Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Year, was selected a third-team All-American by the Sports Network on Monday.

The Jackson High School graduate has also been named to two other All-American teams this year: College Sports Madness (first team) and College Sports (second team).

Peiffer recorded 117 tackles during his final season with the Redhawks. It was the second consecutive year he finished with more than 100 tackles, and he ranks third on Southeast's career list with 359 tackles.
