Reece Chamberlain had 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Bruins (19-8, 10-2 Ohio Valley Conference).
Belmont hit 53 percent from the field overall and 91 percent from the line.
A Mann 3-pointer at 14:05 in the first half capped a 16-7 Belmont run to start.
Chris Horton scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Governors (10-14, 4-6).
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Jonathan Fairell had 17 points with seven rebounds while Jarvis Williams added 16 and 11 to help Murray State defeat Tennessee State 73-65 Saturday night.
The Racers (14-9, 9-2 Ohio Valley) shot 50.9 percent from the field. Tennessee State (3-23, 2-10) was led by Patrick Miller with 26 points.Murray State used a 12-3 run sparked by a pair of 3-pointers from Cameron Payne to move out to a 28-16 lead in the first half. Tennessee State trailed by nine at the break, but closed within five after a Jordan Gaither jumper with 4:38 left in the second half.
JACKSONVILLE, Ala. -- Dennis Ogbe scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds in Tennessee Tech's 72-60 win over Jacksonville State on Saturday.
Ladon Carter added 12 points, eight rebounds and four blocks for Tennessee Tech (12-13, 5-5 Ohio Valley Conference). The Golden Eagles made 27 of 53 shots and held a 41-30 advantage on the glass. Dwan Caldwell had 11 points and DeOndre Haynes 10.
Darion Rackley made 10 of his 16 points at the free throw line for Jacksonville State (10-16, 4-7). Brian Williams added 14 points in his 116th career game for Jacksonville State -- a school record.
RICHMOND, Ky. -- Angelo Warner scored a career-high 33 points, on 10-of-15 shooting, as Morehead State ended a three-game losing streak to Eastern Kentucky, 86-79 on Saturday.
Warner made three 3-pointers and all 10 of his free throw attempts for Morehead State (16-9, 7-3 Ohio Valley Conference). There were a combined 63 free throws attempted, with Morehead State making 25 of its 31 attempts.
The loss ended a three-game winning streak for EKU (17-8, 7-4), which has only lost three times in its last 10 games.
EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Donivine Stewart scored a career-high 24 points and had eight assists as Southern Illinois-Edwardsville held on to defeat Tennessee-Martin 84-78 Saturday night.
Stewart made eight of his nine field goal attempts, including three 3-pointers. Davis was 8 of 13 from the field. Christian Salecich added 12 points for SIU-Edwardsville (10-15, 6-5 Ohio Valley).
Mike Liabo scored 17 points, Taylor and Terence Smith each chipped in 13 points for Tennessee-Martin (7-19, 2-9).
