JONESBORO, Ark. -- Southeast Missouri State University's women's soccer team unloaded a second-half scoring barrage on Arkansas State, netting all five of its goals after intermission in a 5-0 road victory Monday.

Nichole Thiele broke the scoreless tie two minutes into the second half and added a second goal 10 minutes later. The goals were her sixth and seventh of the season. Jennifer Zimmerman followed with a goal at the 73-minute mark, Karen Schmitt netted one in the 82nd minute and Erika Todd scored less than a minute later to close the scoring.

Southeast improved to 3-1-1. Arkansas State fell to 1-4.

The Otahkians return to action Sunday when Western Illinois visits Houck Stadium for a 1 p.m. contest.
