NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Southeast Missouri State University's women's cross country team finished sixth among a field of 20 teams at a meet hosted by Vanderbilt University Saturday.

Southeast's men also competed and finished 14th among 21 squads with 357 points. The Atlanta Track Club won the men's competition with 77 points, followed by Eastern Kentucky with 82.

Janelle Quigley paced the Otahkians with an eighth place finish as Southeast finished with a 201 team total.

Alabama won the women's competition with 50 points and Eastern Kentucky finished runner-up at 53.

Rounding out the Otahkians top five finishers were Leslie McNamara (24th), Celeste Ramsey (61st), Sherry Dietiker (63rd) and Jessica Sefzik (70th).

The Indians top five finishers: Erin Rhoades (36th), Ron Wagner (47th), Ryan Layton (81st), Tye DeCramer (112th) and Travis Schiwitz (129th).
