SCOTT CITY -- Notre Dame's volleyball team picked up a road victory Monday night, sweeping Scott City 15-9, 15-12.
Scott City fell to 0-3 on the season.
Notre Dame survived a close JV battle, winning 16-14, 13-15, 16-14.

Cape Central 2-14
SIKESTON -- Sikeston withstood a strong second game by Cape Central to keep the Lady Tigers winless on the season.
Central fell to 0-5.
Central coach April Morgan said her team didn't serve well all night and didn't pass well in the opener, but gave her squad credit for a spirited second game.
"I was proud of the last game, 16-14. They didn't give up. I was more proud of that than anything."
Sikeston won the JV match 15-1, 7-15, 15-6.
Leopold 17-15
Marquand 15-4
MARQUAND -- Leopold, coming off a first-place finish in the Woodland Tournament this past weekend, remained unbeaten with a two-set win over Marquand.
In JV action, Leopold won 15-12, 15-11.
Leopold (5-0) will host Meadow Heights tonight in a rematch of the Woodland Tournament championship game.
Softball
Cape Central 7, Perryville 5
PERRYVILLE -- Central had 11 hits in its win on the road Monday.
Amy Harris had two doubles and two RBIs. Jennifer Daume went 2-for-3 with a triple.
Jessica Keys earned the win and Kim Aslinger picked up the save.
Central improved to 8-3.
Behind a grand slam by Crissi Matthews, Central won the JV game 12-3.
Twin Rivers 5, Jackson 1
BROSELY -- Jackson committed six errors and fell to 8-6 Monday.
Christy Teets suffered the loss, although all five of Twin Rivers' runs were unearned.
Jackson had only three hits; Cherish Tillman had an RBI double.
Jackson will host Poplar Bluff today.
Kelly 15, Greenville 0
BENTON -- The Lady Hawks broke open a scoreless game with a nine-run third and went on to defeat Greenville in four innings.
Amanda Backfish accounted for three of the runs in the third with a bases-loaded triple. Backfish ended with two hits as did teammate Andee Heisserer.
Kelly (6-1) added six runs in the fourth.
Brittany Lambert limited Greenville to one hit, striking out eight and walking no one.
Kelly will visit Cape Central on Wednesday.

Cape Central 9, Kennett 0
KENNETT -- Cape Central improved to 4-0 in dual matches by sweeping Kennett Monday.
Central won the JV match 5-0.

Chaffee's Benji Boinott had touchdown runs of 64 and 15 yards.
The Red Devils fell to 0-1-1.
