"This was huge," Notre Dame coach Mark Moore said. "Being we're in only our second year of existance for boys volleyball here at Notre Dame and to win in the quarterfinals, it's pretty great. It shows all the hard work the boys have put in."

Notre Dame finished second in its district Friday to advance to the elite eight, where it is the fourth seed.
