Morehead State has the lead after Monday's opening 36 holes of the Drury Intercollegiate golf tournament being hosted by Southeast Missouri State University.
The tourney will conclude with 18 holes today at the Cape Girardeau Country Club. Seventeen teams are competing.
The Eagles are 3-under-par after firing rounds of 278 and 279 for a total of 557.
Tennessee Tech is second, three shots back, after rounds of 278 and 282 for a 560 total.
Austin Peay is third at 564 while host Southeast is tied for fourth with Illinois State, both at 565.
Joe Humston of Austin Peay is the individual leader with a 6-under-par 134. Humston fired rounds of 66 and 68 on the par-70 Cape Country Club course.
Charles Keene of Belmont and Nicholas Atzinger of Morehead State are tied for second, just one shot back, at 5-under 135.
Jason Owen of Southeast is one of four golfers tied for fourth at 3-under 137. Owen had rounds of 66 and 71.
David Fulton of Southeast is tied for 10th at even-par 140.
Another Southeast golfer, John Litzelfelner, is tied for 17th at 2-over 142.
