Miyazato closes in on first LPGA title

Ai Miyazato idolizes Annika Sorenstam. To win her first-ever LPGA Tour title, though, the young Japanese star will have to hold off the woman who has 67 titles.

Miyazato shot a 5-under 66 on Saturday and leads by one heading into today's final round in the ShopRite Classic.

Memorial

Not much changed at the Memorial in Dublin, Ohio, on Saturday. Carl Pettersson had a one-shot lead and storm clouds kept everyone from finishing.

NCAA Championships

Oklahoma State freshman Jonathan Moore shot a 3-under 69 to win the individual title and help the Cowboys take the team title.
