Jackson next hosts Dexter (3-4) at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The Bearcats took the last meeting between the two on Apr. 11, defeating the Indians 7-2 in Dexter.

__Notre Dame 9, Poplar Bluff 0__

Notre Dame (8-3) took all nine matches to complete the sweep as the Bulldogs played host to SEMO Conference-rival Poplar Bluff (2-3) on Tuesday afternoon.

Charlie West (8-1), Matthew Austin (8-4), Thomas Southard (8-2), Eli Youngblood (8-6), Owen Blattel (8-2) and Blake Schreckenberg (8-5) all won on the singles courts for the Bulldogs, while the pairings of West/Austin (8-4), Southard/Youngblood and Blattel/Schreckenberg (8-2) all worked to secure the sweep for Notre Dame – its fifth in 11 outings.

Notre Dame next hosts Arcadia Valley at 4 p.m. on Thursday, with the Bulldogs taking the first matchup between the two teams on Mar. 28 in a 9–0 victory on the road. Poplar Bluff next plays at 4 p.m. on Thursday at Sikeston (2-3).
