The Greenville Bears defeated the Meadow Heights Panthers 5-4 in the first of a doubleheader on Thursday at Greenville High School.

Meadow Heights was led on offense by sophomore Braeden Hayes who went 2-4 with 2 RBIs and a home run. Hayes also pitched a complete game with a total of six strikeouts.

__Greenville 4, Meadow Heights 3 Game 2 (3 innings)__

Greenville defeated Meadow Heights 4-3 in game two of the doubleheader on Thursday.

The offense of the Panthers was led by sophomore James Miller who went 1-2 with an RBI while also coming around to score himself.

Meadow Heights next gets South Iron at home at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

__Festus 16, Perryville 4 Game 1 (5 innings)__

The Festus Tigers defeated the Perryville Pirates 16-4 on Thursday at Perryville High School.

Perryville was led on offense by junior Adam Green who went 2-3 with two RBIs.

__Festus 7, Perryville 3 Game 2__

Festus defeated Perryville 7-3 in game two of the doubleheader on Thursday.

The offense of the Pirates was led by junior Elijah Derickson who went 2-2 and came around to score once.

Perryville next plays Chaffee at home at 2 p.m. on Monday.

__St. Vincent 6, Scott City 1__

The St. Vincent Indians defeated the Scott City Rams 6-1 on Thursday at the Perryville City Park.

St. Vincent was led on offense by sophomore Jacob Seabaugh who went 1-2 with three RBIs. Senior Blake Monier went the distance with 10 strikeouts on the mound for the Indians.

Scott City was led on offense by senior Colin Blaylock who went 1-3 with the lone RBI for the Rams.

St. Vincent plays Chaffee at home at 4:30 p.m. on Monday while Scott City gets Oran at home at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

__Oran 17, East Prarie 1__

The Oran Eagles defeated the East Prarie Eagles 17-1 on Thursday at East Prarie High School.

Oran was led on offense by senior Luke Peterson who went 2-4 with three RBIs and came around to score twice. On the mound the longest for Oran was sophomore Parker Bryant who struck out seven batters in three and two-thirds innings of work.

Oran travels to Advance at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
