The Meadow Heights volleyball team had little trouble winning at Oak Ridge on Monday night, posting a 25-10, 25-15 victory.
Jillian Mills led the Panthers (9-6) with four kills. Heather Dietiker, Hattie Cook and Gina Cureton all added three kills, while Erin Bollmann had three blocks.
Emily Ruch had two blocks for Oak Ridge (0-11).

Jill Rushin's five kills, 11 digs, and two blocks were not enough to save Jackson from a road loss.
Kelsey Bierman added four kills for Jackson (10-3), while Rachael Meyr tacked on 11 assists.

Lauren Seiler recorded 10 aces and 10 assists as visiting Leopold romped.
Kirsten Thele had five kills and two aces for the Wildcats (11-1), who got four kills apiece from Abby Landewee and Mallory James.

Central was swept in Illinois.
Diane Langenfeld had 11 digs and five kills for the Tigers (6-13-2). Chelsea Pannier had eight kills and Tori Scheller recorded 12 assists.

Eagle Ridge Christian fell to the squad from Roxana, Ill.
Hannah Hess and Megan Woodall both served five points for Eagle Ridge (7-4). Susanna Cohen had two kills.

SOFTBALL
Scott City 11, Central 7
Scott City notched its fourth victory of the season by beating Central.
Melanie Lacey was the winning pitcher.
Lacey also had two hits, as did Lindsay Kern. Lindsey Hadley and Alexis Spriggs delivered three RBIs apiece, while Macy Heisserer picked up two.
Central was paced by Taylre Scott and Victoria Schabbing with three hits each. Lexi Smith added two hits.

Brent Rodewald and Trevor Mabuce chipped in two goals apiece, while Ryan Sprandel had a goal and an assist.
Taylor Johnson and Matt Wills recorded two assists each. Gus Klaus, Chad Bachmannn and Logan Sprandel all added one assist.
Mathew Stueve made seven saves in the shutout.
