The Panthers downed Woodland 62-37 behind 13 points from Jillian Mills in girls basketball action.

Ashley Doublin chipped in 11 and Heather Dietiker tallied 10 for the victors (10-4).

Lauren Johnson netted 16, while Taylor Steckman dropped in 12 for Woodland.

The Bobcats used a 22-11 advantage in the fourth quarter to pull away.

Taylor Smith went 13 of 14 from the charity stripe while dropping in 28 points. Jodi Menz added 14 for Delta (10-4).

GIRLS SWIMMING MICDS meet

Lauren Castleman placed first in the 50 freestyle (26.68 seconds) and second in the 100 freestyle (1:00.53) to help Notre Dame capture second place behind the host.

Castleman also helped Notre Dame's 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay teams finish second.

Notre Dame's Jackie Bader finished second in the 200 individual medley (2:41.41), third in the 100 backstroke (1:16.42) and was a member of Notre Dame's 400 freestyle relay team that finished third.
