Top-seeded Kelly jumped out to a 39-3 halftime lead and routed No. 8 East Prairie in the first round of the Chaffee Girls Basketball Tournament on Monday at Chaffee High School.
Leigh Ann Buchheit led the Hawks with 11 points, and Kelly Essner added nine.
Second-seeded Delta had little trouble with Oran, winning 57-35 in another first-round matchup. Rachel Ware led the Bobcats (3-0) with 18 points and Shea Smith had 16.
Fourth-seeded Sikeston edged No. 5 Scott City 59-51 in other tournament action. Third-seeded Scott County Central will face No. 6 Chaffee in the final first-round game on Wednesday.
Kelly and Sikeston will play at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday in one semifinal, while Delta takes on the winner of the Scott Central/Chaffee game on Thursday. The finals are set for 4 p.m. Saturday.
