JACKSON, Mo. -- The Jackson boys basketball team rallied from a six-point halftime deficit to sink visiting Perryville 59-45 Friday night.

Jackson (12-8) enjoyed a 16-7 advantage at the free-throw line, hitting on 89 percent of its attempts.

Lance Bollinger and Seth McDowell paced the Indians with 18 and 10 points, respectively.

For Perryville (12-5), Chad Ozark scored a game-high 19 points and Andrew Meyr added 12.

P. BLUFF 72 CAPE CENTRAL 60

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Powerful Poplar Bluff built a huge first-half lead and coasted to a SEMO Conference victory.

The Mules (17-2, 4-0), who led by as many as 32 points in the first half and were ahead 39-12 at halftime, placed four players in double figures, led by Tony Webb with 16 points.

Central (4-14, 0-5) got 23 points from Ryan Delph, 19 coming in the second half. Matt Cardin had 12 points and Jay Ruark added 11. The Tigers outscored the Mules 29-12 in the fourth quarter to make the final a bit more respectable.

ORAN 58, LEOPOLD 46

LEOPOLD, Mo. -- Oran pulled away in the second half to knock off Leopold.

The Eagles (13-4) got 15 points from both Nathan Seyer and Patrick Friga. Joey Bickings had 11.

The Wildcats (4-11) were paced by Josh Van de Ven and Paul Hutchings with 10 points apiece.

SIKESTON 68, KELLY 42

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Lavar Morgan hit five 3-pointers and scored 21 points to lead Sikeston past Kelly.

The Bulldogs (9-8) also got 20 points from Lontas McClinton and 10 from Michael Colon.

The Hawks (3-13) were led by Chris Glastetter with 12 points.

HAYTI 67, SCOTT CITY 55

HAYTI, Mo. -- D.J. Walton scored 23 points but it was not enough to lift Scott City, which led 29-26 at halftime.

Chad Weatherspoon added 15 points for the Rams (7-10).

SCOTT CO. 77, CHAFFEE 54

MORLEY, Mo. -- Scott County Central got 27 points from Terrance Williams and rolled to a Scott-Mississippi Conference victory.

Chris Johnson added 13 points and Chris Pullen had 11 for the Braves (12-6, 3-1).

Chaffee (2-12, 0-5) was led by Andrew Horrell with 15 points and Chase Eskew with 14.

DELTA 66, OAK RIDGE 57

DELTA, Mo. -- Lance Kinder pumped in 28 points to lead Delta to a Mississippi Valley Conference victory.

The Bobcats (8-11, 3-1) also got 15 points from Craig Bock and 10 from Joey Keys.

Oak Ridge (6-10) was paced by Jeff Cowan with 21 points and Alex Fadler with 15.

MARQUAND 72, ZALMA 53

ZALMA, Mo. -- Heath Stephens poured in 35 points to lead Marquand (7-10, 2-3) past winless Zalma in Mississippi Valley Conference action.

Zalma (0-14, 0-3) got 16 points from Chad Wiseman.

DEXTER 87, BELL CITY 85

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Top-seeded Dexter (16-2) slipped past second-seeded Bell City (16-4) in a thrilling championship game of the Stoddard County Conference Tournament. No individual scoring totals were available as the Southeast Missourian went to press.

No. 4 Advance defeated No. 6 Richland 68-50 for third place.
