Jackson finished with 244 points to win a tight battle with Notre Dame, which finished second at 231.5. Central (146.5) placed third, followed by Poplar Bluff (105), Saxony Lutheran (84), St. Vincent (83) and Perryville (66).

Jackson's Allison Hobbs won the 200 freestyle in a state-qualifying time of 2 minutes, 5.04 seconds, while Kyleigh Troxel posted qualifying times in winning the 200 IM (2:19.70) and 500 freestyle (5:23.68).
