The Indians took advantage of six Notre Dame errors to score six unearned runs against Dylan Drury, who lasted just 3 2/3 innings. Drury allowed four walks, four hits, hit three batters and allowed eight runs.

Rex Meyr had two hits, including a three-run home run for the Indians. Austin Leimer and Matt Lang added two hits apiece.

Lawson struck out five and walked three in six innings.

Jackson (8-5) moved to 4-1 in conference play, while Notre Dame (4-5) fell to 2-2 in the conference.

St. Vincent gave up 16 hits and fell to host Kelly.

Kyle Rollet added a triple, the lone extra base hit for the Indians (1-6).

Kelly's Dallas Tew had three hits, including two doubles, while Dustin LeGrand had a double and triple among his three hits.

Woodland cranked out 11 hits in a home victory against Leopold.

"This was a big win for us," Woodland coach Jason Crane said. "We hadn't scored a lot of runs lately. It was good to see our kids swinging the bat and hitting the ball."

Andrew Wagoner, the winning pitcher, was 3-for-3 with a triple. Ben Rhodes and Kyle Reynolds each had two hits. Rhodes also had a triple.

Wagoner allowed four runs in 4 1/3 innings, while Willie Piatt picked up the save by allowing one hit over 2 2/3 innings.

For Leopold, Wade Wiseman had three hits; Dustin Thiele and Darren VanGennip had two hits.
